What is the ramen shop "Musoshin"?

Our main store is located in Kameoka, Kyoto, with additional branches in Gion, Kyotanba, and three locations in Toronto. Our Toronto locations have been nominated for the Michelin Guide for three consecutive years. At our Gion branch, we welcome many international tourists who come to enjoy our rich and flavorful soup, infused with a generous amount of vegetables, perfectly paired with our house-made noodles, freshly prepared every day.

We have been particular about our homemade noodles since the establishment of our restaurant. We make the noodles from a carefully selected blend of wheat flour, taking into consideration the compatibility with the soup, and then mature the noodles before serving them. They have a chewy and smooth texture.

It has a thick, rich flavor, yet is soft and gentle on the palate, thanks to the generous amount of vegetables dissolved in it.

The Gion store’s exclusive “Black Soba” uses black sesame from Kyoto’s sesame shop “Gion Murata.” Each seat is served with black shichimi pepper from “Hararyokaku,” and the rice is from Kyotanba, Kyoto.
