About reservations
- Q.Do I need to make a reservation for this experience?
- A.Advance reservations are required for the noodle making experience. If there are openings in the reservation schedule, we will accept participation on the day, so if you would like to come on the day, please be sure to contact us in advance by phone.
- Q.I want to change or cancel my reservation
- A.If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. To cancel, please go to the reservation page.
- Q.Regarding payment of fees when cancelling
- A.Cancellation policy is 3 to 1 day prior (50% of the fee) and on the day (100% of the fee).
About ingredients
- Q.What is used in the ramen samples?
- A.The noodles are made with wheat. Vegetarian and no meat, no fish tasting menus are also available.
About children
- Q.Can I bring my children with me?
- A.Children 5 years and older can join in the experience. For children 4 years and younger, please use the Japanese-style room, which is open to the public.
