A.Please rest assured that groups of 6 or more can participate. We will propose a noodle making experience that suits the number of people upon consultation.
Q. I’m thinking of letting my child experience this, but does that mean parents must participate?
A. We ask that parents also participate if possible.
Q: I would like to know if my reservation has been completed properly.
A. We will reply to your inquiry once we receive your reservation, so please don’t worry. If you are unsure, please contact us by email.
Q. Can groups such as companies, facilities, and schools participate in this experience?
A:Of course it is possible.
Q. Is the experience price the same for both children and adults?
A. The experience price is the same regardless of age, 3,000 yen (tax included) per person.
Q.Can I pay by credit card?
A: You can pay by credit card.

Q.Are there any toys or a kids’ room where babies and small children can play?
A. There is a play space within the facility.

A. Yes, it is possible.
Q. Can I receive one-on-one instruction?
A. It is not one-on-one, but rather one instructor will instruct multiple people.

A. There is no dress code.

A. You can take home the noodles you make at the workshop.

Q. I have a wheat allergy. Is it possible to make noodles using rice flour or other ingredients?
A. Please note that we do not provide any measures to prevent allergies.

A.The main ingredient of the noodles is wheat flour.

・Cancellations can be made through the reservation site, but cancellation fees will apply from 3 days prior. Cancellations between 3 and 1 day prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
・There is no parking lot at this facility, so if you are coming by car, please use a paid parking lot near Gion.
